"Salt Dashi Ponzu" is a product of "Sababushi-ya", which was founded in 1947 in Numazu, Shizuoka at the foot of Mt. Fuji. It's a delicious dipping sauce for chilled udon noodles, somen noodles and other dishes, as well as a good seasoning for meat.
